Instructions For  Booking Colby's:
  1. Please call us anytime if you have any questions or check up to the minute date availability.
  2. Check the calendar below for dates that are sold out.
  3. Check the Service Area Map page to be sure your party is in the area we cater.
  4. Print The Menu and Deposit and Reservation Form on this web page
  5. Fill out the information requested and mail to the address below with your check. If you are paying the deposit by credit card contact Colby's by phone at 585-533-2310.
  6. Colby's will send a confirmation letter by email or mail on receipt of your form and payment.
  7. Colby's will call you the Monday before the event date to re-confirm the information on you reservation form at that time you can make any changes.
