No Date is Reserved until Reservation Form and Deposit is received by Colby's Catering!
Instructions For Booking Colby's:
- Please call us anytime if you have any questions.
- Check the Calendar (the link is below) for dates that are sold out or call us.
- Print the the Deposit and Reservation Form on this web page OR make your reservation online with a credit or debit card. If making a reservation online, have your credit card ready to make your deposit.
- If printing, fill out the information requested, mail with your check. If you would like to fax the reservation form and pay by credit card contact Colby's by phone at (585) 533-2310. Fax number is on the form.
- Colby's will send a confirmation letter by e-mail if you do not list an email we will mail you a confirmation.
- Kim will call you the Monday before your event date to re-confirm the information on your reservation form. At that time you can make any changes to menu and guest count.
