Colby's Pig Roast

Catering Agreement:

I agree to pay a non-refundable deposit of $300 for catering services for the date and location previously stated. The customer is responsible for guests tables, table covers, beverages, dessert, and trash removal for the event unless options were selected on the previous page . Colby's includes buffet serving utensils, disposable plates, disposable utensil kits, food warmers and ice for cold foods. Children under twelve years of age are free. The total cost of the buffet is based on the final count given the Monday before event. There is a minimum charge of 65 adults for buffets unless stated otherwise. The prices stated do not include a 20% gratuity charge and NYS Sales Tax unless we receive a NYS tax exempt form prior to event. You will be contacted the Monday before for the final count and menu selections by Kim by phone. A final invoice will be email for final payment by cash, check, debit or credit card prior to the event date.

Important: All leftovers are wrapped up and given to the customer when requested.
