Colby's is a family-owned business started in 1989 by the Kolb family, and is best known for catering whole pigs served hot off the spit and buffets that please every guest. In 2011 Kolb's opened their first retail fast food barbecue restaurant at the corner of route 251 and I-390 in Rush, NY. Colby's Ice Cream Bakery and BBQ offers a full menu including pulled pork, chicken, turkey, ribs, angus beef BBQ, grilled hots, sausage,panini sandwiches, ice cream, custard and 100's of delicious bakery deserts.
